Place the pork roast in the slow cooker. Pour the sparkling apple cider over the pork roast.
Slow cook for 8hrs on low or 4hrs on high.
Drain any leftover liquid and shred the pork. You can use two forks, or meat claws.
Then just mix in the bbq sauce. I take the easy way out with Sweet Baby Ray’s, but you can make your own if you want.
Serve on buns and enjoy!
