EASY BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP IN THE CROCK POT

INGREDIENTS

Rotisserie Chicken – shredded – Frank’s Red Hot Wings Sauce – not hot sauce – 8 oz Ranch Dressing – 16 oz Cheddar Cheese – 8 oz Cream Cheese – cubed – Tortilla Chips

STEP 1. REMOVE CHICKEN

Remove the skin from the rotisserie chicken. Pull the chicken off, shred in small pieces and place in your crock pot.

You will not need to use the entire chicken. I used about half of a standard size rotisserie chicken.

STEP 2. ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS

Add the shredded cheddar cheese, cubed cream cheese, ranch dressing and wings sauce.

STEP 3. MIX WELL

Mix well and cook on low for 2-3 hours until cheese is melted and well blended. 

STEP 4. SERVE AND ENJOY

Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!

You can make this dip as hot or mild as you like. It's perfect for the big game!
