5 Quick & Tasty Summer Salad Recipes

I normally bring my standard pasta salad when I go to a cook out, but this time I am switching it up! I love making a Strawberry and Spinach Salad with feta cheese. This is kind of similar to the Panera salad that we all look forward to each Summer. You don’t really need a recipe, it is that easy, but I will tell you what I use:

1. Strawberry & Feta Spinach Salad

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Large bag of spinach/spring mix

Fresh Strawberries-sliced

Grilled Chicken

Feta or Gorgonzola Cheese

Toasted Pecans

Simply add all the ingredients and serve with your favorite dressing. I love to use a balsamic vinaigrette which really pairs nicely with the pecans.
