Tips For Making Peanut Butter Cup Brownies
Here are a few tips for the best peanut butter cup brownie bites:
- Make sure your non-stick baking spray has flour in it. This really helps prevent sticking.
- Spray each muffin section individually before adding the batter.
- Don’t overfill the muffin tin. Be sure to only add the brownie batter to about 2/3 of the way full. A cookie scoop helps with this.
- Let the brownies cool completely before trying to remove them. It will be hard to resist, but you don’t want to risk these yummy treats falling apart.
