As I have an open floor plan in my living and dining room, I like to keep the same decorating style throughout.

So you can bet my Christmas Tree and Mantel will feature lots of bling!

Lucky for me metallics are popular in all the home decor and craft stores this year so I have had no shortage of inspiration.

When I plan a Tablescape I always start with a tablecloth for the foundation and take off from there.

I found the gorgeous Cynthia Rowley tablecloth at TJ Maxx for a steal. It has a modern feel with silver & gold snowflakes.

I like to have a favor at each place setting and created these simple, inexpensive gold star clay pots.

The stars are Christmas picks I found at the craft store for .49 a piece.

They fit perfectly in little clay pots with a gold wash.

Would you believe I found the white and gold trim dinner plates at The Dollar Tree?

Yup-love a bargain! The Merry Christmas salad plates were another great find.

 My Walnut Hollow Basswood Rounds make an appearance again. I just adore them!

For the centerpiece I laid two basswood planks down the center of the table and added two sugared fruit stems on top.

I placed some copper painted pinecones and staggered crystal candle holders across with white taper candles.
