Today I will show you how to Create A Sweet Tea Pot Topiary For Mother’s Day as part of this month’s creative bloggers challenge. I always look forward to Mother’s Day because it was always the day we would go to my favorite local nursery and buy flowers for the outside. I am hoping it is actually warm enough to do that this year. We are still having temps in the 30’s at night and we are not happy about it!

Let me show you how quick and easy this topiary is to make, with most of the supplies from the Dollar Store. You can pick up tea pots at thrift stores really inexpensively as well.
Create A Sweet Tea Pot Topiary For Mother’s Day
This tea pot topiary is so easy to make and very inexpensive as well. Start with the foam balls in the size you want. I chose two of the larger size balls to make a double topiary.
Next, get the hot glue ready and carefully glue the moss to the balls. You can wear a rubber finger so you don’t burn yourself as you do have to try to pat the moss down. I learned the hard way!
You can add the small foam balls to the inside of the tea pot to secure the stick and then use moss to ensure it stands properly. Then hot glue the cute little bird to the side.
I also secured the tea pot cover to the side of the tea pot to give it added interest.
I hope you enjoyed this Tea Pot Topiary and will check out the other Mother’s Day projects linked below. You may also like the large topiary tree I shared here.
