Welcome to the very first Farmhouse Hens Decorate Blog Hop!!
We are all so excited to introduce our brand new blog hop. Once every month I will team up with five of my favorite bloggers to create our best farmhouse decor to share with you! These talented bloggers inspire and challenge me with their blogs and we hope to challenge and inspire you as well.
This post contains affiliate links at no extra cost to you. I received product from Oriental Trading in exchange for this post, however all opinions are 100% mine. Please see my full disclosure here
A huge thank you to my friend Leanna from Faeries and Fauna for organizing this challenge and coming up with our adorable Farmhouse Hens graphic-cute right? With fall right around the corner, we thought it was the perfect time to share a farmhouse fall vignette that will hopefully inspire you in your fall decorating!
Nothing says farmhouse to me more than galvanized metal and I really wanted to use my favorite Olive Buckets from Painted Fox Home. These truly are a staple in farmhouse decorating as they are so versatile. I simply placed a white mum in the larger bucket and can’t wait for it to actually bloom. I know it will look even prettier once it does!
In the smaller bucket I placed two ceramic white pumpkins from Oriental Trading that I just love! It is a little too early in our area for real pumpkins. That didn’t stop me from calling my favorite nursery to see if they had them in yet! We call the small white pumpkins “boos” in our neck of the woods. Is that what you call them? Anyway, I was told a couple more weeks before they are out. Until then, the faux pumpkins look perfectly at home nestled with a throw in front of my deacon’s bench that I updated a few months back.
Look at this gorgeous large ceramic pumpkin that I placed on top of the bench. It is also from Oriental Trading and is even prettier in person. I had no idea when I ordered it how large it was-what a happy surprise! If you are looking for fall decor, you really can’t beat the quality and prices. I will be sharing my fall mantel next week with more Oriental Trading goodies!
Next, a thankful banner pillow wrap from Hobby Lobby was attached to a simple linen pillow. I had no idea they even made pillow wraps, but kudos to whoever came up with this idea! It was only $5.99 but was 40% off so it was a bargain. It has Velcro on the end to attach to a pillow. I also bought a “blessed” one.
A couple of lanterns with LED candles complete this farmhouse fall vignette. I hope you enjoyed this post and will hop on over to the other bloggers linked below to see their farmhouse fall vignettes.

Don’t forget to stop by the very first Friday of every month for the next four months to see what farmhouse inspiration we will be sharing!
