I started with two pillow covers that I picked up for $4.99 each at Hobby Lobby. They are pretty much my go to pillow covers as they are great for DIY projects and they are inexpensive!
I love these stencils that I received from my blogging friend Angie over at Knick of Time Vintage Stencils . She has the most amazing farmhouse ideas and she has developed a line of stencils for all those like me who love the farmhouse/vintage style. She was kind enough to give me a couple of stencils to share with you guys.
Stenciling is so easy with sharpie paint pens. I wanted these pillows to have a vintage feel, so I went with a very light hand when stenciling.
I am so happy with how they came out! They are perfect for the farmhouse look I love and who doesn’t want fresh baked pies in the fall-or any time for that matter? I can’t wait to go apple picking this weekend and make apple pie!
The Farmers Market stencil is also perfect for fall or year round. Nothing better than sunflowers and fresh vegetables from the Farmers Market.
It is the perfect size for my favorite IKEA Ektorp chair aka “the mom chair”. Add a comfy throw and it’s the perfect spot to read and blog!
Every month a group of bloggers are challenged by C’mon Get Crafty to create a new craft or project from their own stash of goodies! Check out some awesome creations you might be able to make from your own stash! #CraftRoomDestashChallenge
