I saw this recipe on the Hershey’s website so I knew they would be delicious and they are. For an extra treat serve them warm with a glass of milk! They are easy to make which is a big plus this time of year.
Hershey’s Kiss Chocolate Snowball Cookies
3/4 c powdered sugar
1 c butter
3/4 c light brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 c all purpose flour
1/4 c Hershey’s Cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 T milk
60 Hershey’s Kisses
Beat butter, brown sugar, egg and vanilla in mixing bowl until well blended. Stir flour, cocoa, baking powder and baking soda. Add milk to butter mixture until well blended.
Refrigerate until firm about 2 hours. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Shape dough into 1″ balls and press a Hershey Kiss into each ball, covering completely with dough. Reshape into balls and place on cookie sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes. Cool completely and roll in powdered sugar. Makes about 5 dozen.
Place them in a pretty sealed container and give to your neighbor or co-worker-or keep for yourself 🙂
