Christmas Eve is spent at my Sister’s house and I plan to make this Peppermint Martini as a fun Holiday drink for us! It is easy to make, but very festive and did I mention delicious? You just need vanilla vodka, peppermint schnapps, simple syrup and a splash of grenadine to give it that pretty red color! You can also add crushed candy canes to the rim of the martini glass to make it even prettier!
Peppermint Martini
- 3 Parts Vanilla Vodka
- 1 Part Peppermint Schnapps
- 2 Parts Simple Syrup
- Splash of Grenadine
- Melt white chocolate chips and dip rim of martini glass to coat, then add crushed candy canes.
- Add vodka, peppermint schnapps and simple syrup in shaker with ice and shake to mix.
- Strain into a martini glass and add a splash of grenadine.
- Serve with a candy cane.
Of course, I had to test it to make sure it was just right and it most definitely was! Cheers!
