Welcome to Our Crafty Mom! One of my favorite spots to decorate is my mantel. It is something I really look forward to updating with each Season. Of course, I try to mix it up every time as well. Today you are in for a treat! I am teaming up with some of your favorite Home Decor Bloggers to share our Summer Mantels.
There is so much inspiration and even if you don’t have a mantel, you can utilize these ideas on a shelf or even a buffet or table. A huge thank you to Amy of My Life From Home for organizing this fun blog hop.
I am going for a coastal or beachy feel and nothing says that more to me than starfish. I love how pretty the large starfish look hanging from the DIY vases that I recently shared here. One thing that I really enjoy having in my home as often as possible are fresh flowers. If I can get them from my own yard that is even better! This year the rhododendrums are absolutely stunning! I snipped a few to add to the vases and the contrast against the blue is just lovely!

I flipped over the Spring Banner and painted Summer on the other side. I always use both sides of an item. It saves storage as well! I hot glued a few shells and starfish to the banner continuing with the beach theme.

The coral was a find at Kohl’s last year! Sometimes you can find pieces in the most unexpected places. The blue votive holders are the same shade as the bottles-a happy thrifting find!
I added faux hydrangeas, starfish and shells to my Spring Wreath for an easy update.
This watercolor sunflower pillow is from one of my favorite artists Craftberry Bush and is available on Society 6 here.
Fairy lights give a nice glow at night in this antique demijohn. You can see the before of the antique carved chair here.

Love your mantel. The vases are my favorite colors, I think I often use it year round except for holidays. Great beachy look, clever use of the star fish in the frame with the florals.
