Make an adorable book page Easter egg wreath using dollar store plastic eggs and old book pages. It’s a quick and easy spring craft!

For this month’s project you voted on book pages, which I was secretly rooting for.

Book page projects are great because they are inexpensive and the possibilities are endless.

I have been working on my Spring Mantel and thought a Book Page Easter Egg Wreath would be perfect to hang on the mirror over the mantel.

Here is the completed project and then I will share a quick and easy tutorial!

Book Page Easter Egg Wreath Supplies

• 24 plastic easter eggs
• Book pages
• Mod Podge
• Scissors
• Foam Brush
• Foam Wreath
• Hot Glue Gun
• Twine
• Moss

The plastic eggs, foam wreath,  moss and twine can be picked up at the Dollar Store making this a very inexpensive project.

I set this up almost like an assembly line to save time.

Cut the book pages so they fit around the eggs, then use Mod Podge to adhere the pages as shown below.

Once the paper is added around the egg, cut strips on the sides so you can fold the paper down then cover the entire egg with Mod Podge and set aside to dry.

I wasn’t worried about wrinkles as I actually like the look, but if you want them smooth, you can certainly take more time to smooth them out.

While the eggs are drying, wrap twine around a foam wreath as shown:

Once the eggs are dry, use hot glue to attach them to the wreath.

I added moss in between the eggs not only to fill in the spaces, but also I like the look of moss.

Once it was done I felt it needed a little something else so I added a birds next with a ceramic bird that I had in my stash. I am so in love with it now.

It is the perfect centerpiece for my Spring Mantel which I will be sharing next week!
