How To Achieve My Goals 

I’ve learned so much since following “Always Eat After 7” the past few weeks. There are many things I’ve done wrong in the past with yo-yo dieting.

The top takeaway so far has been if I really focus on the lessons learned in this challenge, I can be successful.

Unfortunately, stress has always been a big factor for me. With the current state of our Country, it has been difficult to follow through on the things I’ve learned so far.

However, there will always be outside factors, and I have to stop with stress eating. I’m referring back to the reasons I chose to begin this journey. 

I want to have more energy and be active with my daughter. My dream is to be a Grandma someday (my kids are 29 & 24), so getting healthy is important.
