With the holidays right around the corner, it’s time to start thinking about gift ideas and the amazing scented candles from Bath & Body Works make great gifts!

It’s always fun to come up with creative ways to give candles, rather than just placing them in a gift bag. It’s all in the presentation, right?

You can stock up on candles in your favorite holiday scents from Bath & Body Works and then decorate them with fun DIY candle sleeves.

How To Make A DIY Candle Sleeve

Supplies

• Vellum Sheets
• White Embossing Powder
• Heat Gun
• Tape Runner
• VersaMark
• Rubber Stamp

Step 1.

Press the rubber stamp onto the versamark ensuring it is covered.

Step 2.

Press the covered stamp onto the vellum paper. Be sure to place it in the center of the vellum.

Step 3.

Cover the stamped image with embossing powder and shake the excess powder back into the jar.

Step 4.

Use the heat gun to reveal the stamped image. Be sure not to hold the heat gun too close to the vellum paper. 

Step 5.

Cut the finished candle sleeve to fit the width and length of your candle and attach with the tape runner.

I plan to do a video this week to show this easy process. When the candle is lit it gives such a pretty glow and looks like a luminary candle. 

There are so many pretty rubber stamps available. You could even match the stamp to the candle scent, like a pine stamp for a Christmas candle.

The possibilities are endless!
