We all know teachers have a difficult job, especially at the beginning of a new school year.
The kids are still in summer mode and it takes time (and patience) to get them adjusted to a new schedule and routine.
Let’s help smooth this transition by treating them to a gift that is useful and can also help reduce stress.
I’m pretty obsessed with essential oils and enjoy discovering new blends and ways to use them.
I’ve been partnering with Simply Earth for the past few months and was thrilled to see that the August subscription box included recipes for stress relief and self-care.
We can all benefit from that!
As soon as I saw the essential oils included, I knew immediately that they would be the perfect blends to make a few roll on bottle essential oil teacher gifts.
These are also a great way to treat yourself, as well as friends and family. We all deserve a little pampering!
Let me show you how cute the packaging is for these roll on bottles and also share some favorite recipe blends that teachers are sure to appreciate!
How To Make Easy Essential Oil Teacher Gifts
Supplies
- Lavender Essential Oil
- Tangerine Essential Oil
- Clove Essential Oil
- Fir Needle Essential Oil
- Fractionated Coconut Oil
- Roll On Bottles
- Washi Tape
- Cards and Envelopes Set
One of the things I love about the Simply Earth subscription box is they not only include 4 full size bottles of essential oils, but also recipe cards for cool things to make using the essential oils included in the box.
Plus, items from the bonus big box that you receive in your first order. It doesn’t get much easier than that!
Sweet Dreams Roll On Recipe
- 2 Drops Sweet Dreams Essential Oil
- 10 ml Fractionated Coconut Oil
Sweet dreams essential oil is a blend of Lavender, Marjoram, Frankincense, Cedarwood (Himalayan), and German Chamomile Essential Oils. This blend has a calming and relaxing effect perfect for before bed.
Homework Blend Recipe Roll On
- 2 Drops Tangerine Essential Oil
- 2 Drops Fir Needle Essential Oil
- 10 ml Fractionated Coconut Oil
Instead of a diffuser, I used the same blend as the sweet dreams roll on, but with tangerine and fir needle, which is a refreshing blend for after school.
Feel Good Roll On Recipe
- 1 Drops Rosemary Essential Oil
- 1 Drops Clove Essential Oil
- 2 Drops Frankincense
- 10 ml Fractionated Coconut Oil
Rosemary can be used to relieve sore and tight muscles while at the same time providing an uplifting and clearing effect on the mind. This is a perfect roll on to start the day.
It’s always a good idea to refer to the below handy dandy dilution chart so you can safely create the essential oil blends.
Once the roll on bottles were blended, I added the included stickers to indicate what the blend was. They really did think of everything! Then just attach it to the card with pretty washi tape.
The recipe card will go inside and you can write a little note, or why not a pun like:
- Keep Calm and Roll On -so fun for the lavender blend, right? I’m pretty proud of myself that I made that up at 1:00 am!
- Orange You Glad We’re Back At School – while tangerine is not technically an orange, it is a citrus, so I’m going with it!
If you are interested in trying Simply Earth, I don’t blame you! I’ve got good news, just enter the code CRAFTYFREE with this link, Simply Earth Essential Oils and you’ll receive a $40 coupon in your first box!
And you’ll receive the bonus box I mentioned above with all of these goodies:
