Welcome fall with this fun fall tablescape with a pumpkin patch theme.
I’m so happy to once again join some very talented bloggers to share welcome fall tablescapes. I look so forward to participating each time, as there’s so much creativity shared.
The fun began on Monday and all of the links are included below. Be sure to stay to the end and show some love to these ladies.
I have no doubt you will be so inspired after seeing their fall decor.

Whenever I am setting a tablescape, or decorating a mantel, I always start with an inspiration piece. It’s usually something that I find on a whim that I really love, and that is exactly what happened with this fun fall tablescape.
While shopping with my daughter at Target, we were in the coffee aisle and I was on the hunt for pumpkin spice coffee. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw this absolutely adorable pumpkin patch sign:
You ready for this? It was $1! My daughter and I high-fived each other in the aisle! I’ve loved all the little truck decor that you see everywhere, but I don’t usually decorate in red.
The fact that this truck was in my favorite navy blue, was totally meant to be! So my “meet me at the pumpkin patch” fall tablescape was born. You can see one of my favorite mini truck succulent planter’s that I made recently.
Pumpkin Patch Fall Tablescape
I started with a navy blue tablecloth as the base and layered it with a DIY table runner that I just finished. The adorable fabric is from Hobby Lobby. It has little aqua trucks and buffalo check pumpkins.
It’s perfect for my pumpkin patch theme.
Next up, I added a fall leaf placemat that I picked up at Pier 1 last season. Layering is a key element in most of my tablescapes. It brings in so much dimension and texture.
I really wanted to pick up the golden hues that is classic fall, so I went with antique gold chargers from the Dollar Tree.
Next up, I used pumpkin patch dinner plates. They have the warm shades of fall that I love!
I decided not to use any additional plates or bowls, as I really wanted to feature the pretty pumpkins. My favorite gold flatware makes an appearance again.
Keep an eye out at the after Christmas sales for table staples.
This beautiful flatware was found for 70% off. I had been eyeing it for some time, but refused to pay full price.
One thing I always try to share on the blog is, you don’t have to spend a lot of money to decorate your home. It’s nice to splurge once in a while, but I’m definitely mindful of a budget.
You can see how I used the DIY ikat napkin rings in my fall tablescape last year with a sunflower theme.
Fall Centerpiece
Now that I had the table settings complete, it was time to create a fall centerpiece. The table is round and I wanted to bring in something with height.
I used a large clear glass vase and simply filled it with pumpkins and fall flowers in complimentary shades.
Battery operated lights on a timer were also added. They look so pretty at night. Everything is better with lights, right?
Bring In Accessories
Only a few things were needed to complete this fall tablescape, including apple cider with apples and cinnamon sticks and adorable squirrel salt and pepper shakers, from one of my thrifting adventures.
Caramel Apple Party Favors
One of my staples for any tablescape is a party favor at each place setting. I’ve talked before about how my family looks forward to seeing what I will be making.
Last year it was mini mason jars with pumpkin cream pie. While that is hard to top, I may have done it with these yummy caramel apple party favors.

The navy buffet received pretty touches of fall as well with DIY velvet pumpkins and decor from the Decocrated Fall Box. It’s my favorite yet!

Of course I had to include a little pumpkin patch truck in my fall tablescape, so I added a few DIY pumpkins to the antique window. I’ll be sharing a tutorial for these fall pumpkins next week.
I hope you enjoyed this pumpkin patch fall tablescape. A big thank you to my friend, Chloe from Celebrate and Decorate for organizing this fall tablescape blog hop.

Michelle, all of your pick up trucks are so cute and I love the story of how the $1 Target find became the inspiration for your table. There's nothing that says Fall like a trip to the pumpkin patch! I don't blame you for not adding any more plates to the plate stack as those pumpkin plates are lovely. I'm still using plastic gold cutlery, so I hope to get lucky like you did and find some real gold flatware on clearance after the holidays. I always enjoy the edible favors you create for your guests. It's such a sweet added touch! It's always fun hopping with you. Happy Fall!

Hi Michelle, I truly believe in Kismet and it was surely kismet that made you find that little sign at Target...and then it all fell in place. AND...if I send you my address...would you kindly pop one of those caramel apples in the mail? Pretty Please? ????
