I’m usually responsible for dessert and a family favorite is the classic Tollhouse cookie pie. It’s nothing fancy, but it sure is delicious!
Serve it warm with vanilla ice cream and you have a dessert most, if not all will love!
Ingredients For Tollhouse Cookie Pie
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 stick softened butter
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1/2 c granulated sugar
- 1 c flour
- 1 c semi sweet chocolate chips
- deep dish pie crust
Instructions For Tollhouse Cookie Pie
- Preheat oven to 325
- Beat at the eggs until fluffy, then add the flour and both sugars and blend well with the butter.
- Stir in the chocolate chips and spoon into the pie crust.
- Bake 50-60 minutes and allow to cool on wire rack.

This quick and easy recipe for tollhouse cookie pie is my go to for family gatherings or holidays. The crust is delicious and flaky and it's filled with mouthwatering chocolate goodness!
Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1.5 sticks of butter
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1/2 c granulated sugar
- 1 c flour
- 1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
- deep dish pie crust
Instructions
- Beat at the eggs until fluffy.
- Add the flour and both sugars and blend well with the butter.
- Stir in the chocolate chips and spoon into the pie crust.
