I’m usually responsible for dessert and a family favorite is the classic Tollhouse cookie pie. It’s nothing fancy, but it sure is delicious! Serve it warm with vanilla ice cream and you have a dessert most, if not all will love!
Tollhouse Cookie Pie
Preheat oven to 325
1 1/2 stick softened butter
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c granulated sugar
1 c flour
1 c semi sweet chocolate chips
deep dish pie crust
Beat at the eggs until fluffy, then add the flour and both sugars and blend well with the butter. Stir in the chocolate chips and spoon into the pie crust. Bake 50-60 minutes and allow to cool on wire rack.
Nice and flaky crust-just delicious!!
