We are excited to introduce the Backyard BBQ Bash – Hive collective tour where you can find a ton of inspiration for summer gatherings.

My tuscan tortellini pasta salad is something I have been making for years, though sometimes I change up the pasta and ingredients depending on what vegetables are in season.

How To Make Tuscan Tortellini Pasta Salad

This tortellini pasta salad is extremely versatile. You can change out the ingredients based on what the guests prefer, or what is growing in your garden at that time.

While this is a very hearty pasta salad, due to the addition of thick slices of pepperoni, you could definitely make it lighter with just veggies.
