Like so many of you, I am making an effort to finally get healthy in 2019. I have struggled with yo-yo dieting for years and would love to finally put an end to the up and down weight loss.
Last year I lost 30 lbs on a low carb diet and then gained it all back! It is so frustrating. But, all I can do is keep trying and hope this year is it!

I’ve been doing a lot of research on Keto and met with a nutritionist as well. I have some health problems and am also 51 yo so carbs are not my friend!
