Delightful Bumble Bee Home Decor
Add a touch of nature-inspired beauty to any space with the cutest bumble bee dishes and rustic farmhouse accents.
You may have seen these fun bee dishes in my summer tablescape. I couldn’t wait to set up my hutch with them, but had a few craft projects to finish first.
You can get the step-by-step tutorial for the large bee skep here. I decided to make a smaller one too that you can see on the second shelf below.
You can follow the same tutorial shown for the large one, but start with an empty Oui yogurt jar as the base.
Not only are empty Oui yogurt jars great for crafts, but they are also so yummy! Can you believe that cute little bee craft started out as a yogurt jar?

The darling honey colored pot was another dollar store find. You may have noticed bee decor is everywhere this year.

Budget Home Decorating Tips
One of my favorite ways to save money on home decorating is to “shop my home”. I’m constantly moving things around and switching things out.
For example, the pretty wreath below was originally made as a sunflower wreath.
I simply removed the backing so it would show up better on the large window arch.
Any guesses what the wreath is made from?
My daughter Amanda is as obsessed with Dollar Tree decorating as I am! She works right next to one, which is either a blessing or a curse.
She picked up the bee lantern in the photo above. It even includes a battery-operated tea light.
Another tip I learned with decorating years ago is to decorate with an odd number of items, like 3 or 5.
