Grilled Corn on the Cob

You can also grill the corn instead of baking it in the oven. Garlic parmesan corn on the cob is delicious on the grill.

Grilling gives the corn a smoky, slightly charred flavor that pairs perfectly with the buttery garlic and parmesan topping.

Consider grilling the corn in the husk for extra moisture or directly on the grates for those tasty char marks, then brush it with the garlic butter sauce and sprinkle on the parmesan while it’s still hot.

Air Fryer Corn on the Cob

Another option is to make garlic parmesan corn on the cob in the air fryer. It cooks up tender with lightly crisp edges in less time than grilling, making it a quick and easy option.

Just air fry the corn until tender, then brush it with garlic parmesan sauce and butter. Finish with plenty of parmesan cheese while it’s hot so all that cheesy goodness melts right on top.
