Hello friends! With St. Patrick’s Day coming up, I thought it would be fun to make a cocktail using Irish Whiskey.

Of course, Jameson is a classic Irish Whiskey, so I decided to try out a Jameson Irish Lemonade and boy am I glad I did!

As much as I enjoy sampling new cocktails, I really am a light weight when it comes to drinking.

Give me a nice Chardonnay and I am a happy girl.

But, this cocktail is so smooth, it seriously tastes like a glass of yummy lemonade, so be careful drinking it.

It definitely packs a punch!

This recipe is from the Jameson website-why mess with perfection, right? I definitely would have added mint if I had it, but I forgot to pick it up.

I like the taste of mint in lemonade, but the bitters really gives it a nice flavor coupled with the ginger beer.

My daughter bought these really cool stir sticks on a Jack Daniels tour that have a honey lolli on the end.

What a great addition it was! I will definitely be making a pitcher of these in the Summer to enjoy with a few friends and I will have mint!
