We were at my Sister’s house on the Fourth of July enjoying the pool you see in the background.
It was a 90 degree day and we were looking for a light and refreshing drink.
I’ve mentioned before that my Sister is the family bartender.
I shared her Lemon Drop Martini that is a family favorite.
But I have to say this Pear and Elderflower Martini is my new favorite!
The mix of the sweet and flowery is seriously amazing.
You know when you find the perfect bottle of wine that has a mix of all the flavors you love?
That is how I felt when I tasted this!
The fact that it needs only 3 ingredients is even better.
This was my first time trying this martini and I plan to pick up the ingredients as a treat for my birthday next week.
Pear And Elderflower Martini
Ingredients
- Grey Goose Pear Vodka
- St. Germain Elderflower
- Prosecco
- Brown Sugar
Wet the rim of a martini glass and top with brown sugar.
Add 2 oz of Pear Vodka, 3/4 oz of Elderflower liquor and float with Prosecco.
You can add a pear as a garnish if you like.
The brown sugar rim gives it a nice, sweet taste and pairs perfectly with the pear vodka.

just subscribed to your site... this recipe looks great and i will try it. i am more of a gin person than vodka, and there are lots of drinks out there that mix St Germain with Gin... i was wondering if you ever tried with gin and a pear liqueur such as Belle de Brillet Pear Liqueur. i have that and love it and always looking for new ways to use it. one of my absolute favorites especially in the hot weather we have been having is a Hugo spritz which uses St Germain and prosecco with mashed up mint leaves... i use a bit of ginger sparkling water in place of the club soda. i will make your martini recipe this weekend!
thanks
