I’ve mentioned before that margaritas are my favorite go to cocktail. So for this Easter cocktail challenge, I decided to make a sparkling pink champagne margarita.
The addition of champagne really steps it up a notch and takes away some of the bite of the lime juice. It also makes a pretty cocktail to serve at Easter brunch, with the sugar stirrers and rim.
I’m thinking this will be my cocktail recipe for Cinco de Mayo as well! You can make a pitcher in no time. Let me show you the simple recipe.
Pink Champagne Margarita
- 1 Cup of Champagne
- 2 Cups Pink Lemonade
- ½ Cup Tequila
- ½ Cup Triple Sec
- ¼ Cup Lime Juice
- Lime Slices
- Optional-serve with sugar sticks and rim with salt or sugar
Combine all ingredients.
Rim glass with lime dip in sugar or salt.
Serve with pretty sugar sticks
