Set a pretty Christmas tablescape with a snowy woodland theme and beautiful bottle brush trees.
Christmas Tablescape
Welcome friends! I’m so excited to be participating in the Christmas Tablescape Blog Hop hosted by the lovely Chloe from Celebrate and Decorate.

There are 20 super talented table stylists participating in this fun Christmas hop. I hope you will stop by to visit them at the end of this post.
If you’ve seen any of my prior tablescapes, you know I normally find dishes at thrift stores to stay on budget. But this time, I scored beautiful Christmas dishes and accessories at Pier 1.
The second I saw the Snow Forest Salad Plates I had to have them. Luckily, they were on an early Christmas clearance, plus I had rewards.
There are four different images on the plates, a horse, a fox, a deer and a woodland scene.
The plates were the inspiration for the entire tablescape. Next up, I also bought the silver tinsel placemats also on clearance. They really make the plates pop don’t they?
Like so many of you, I love me some buffalo check so when I spotted the pretty gray and white buffalo check dinner napkins, in the basket they went!
They can be used year round and the dishes can be used all winter long. As we live in New England, we see a lot of snow, so these dishes will be right at home.
The Details
The pinecone napkin rings compliment the snowy woodland look as they have snowy tips. That is the great thing about shopping at a store like Pier 1. You can easily put together a tablescape that coordinates. I love that!
You may have seen my sugar pinecones when I shared my Christmas Home Tour here.
Honestly, I don’t think I can pick a favorite out of the four images. Isn’t this stag just stunning?
A gray dollar store dinner plate and clear charger is all that’s needed to complete this simple, but pretty place setting.
Snow tipped bottle brush trees and stems create the table runner. Again, this is something that can stay up through February.

I love those plates! What a different feel those give to your holiday table! You certainly did carry off your snowy woodland theme! The addition of the little trees in the blue and green hues is perfect! I don't know how you have settled in a new home and pulled it all together so quickly! Thank you for your continued friendship and Merry Christmas! HUGS!

This is a gorgeous tablescape. The colours are gorgeous and of course, the horse plate is my spot. It's beautiful Michelle.
