The green color is so fun and festive. Plus, the yummy vanilla flavor of using a white cake mix as the base for the cookies is perfect!

Grinch cookies also store well in the freezer. Why not make a big batch to enjoy all season? You can even leave a couple out for Santa using a milk and cookies for Santa mug and plate.

Let me show you how easy these are to make. These are really versatile too, so think about changing out the color to pink or red to make Valentine’s Day cookies, or keep them green for St. Patrick’s Day.

I could even see lavender being used for Mother’s Day cookies! If you enjoy easy cookie recipes, check out these 3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies and these 3 Ingredient Sugar Cookies.
