I’ve been wanting to make some t-shirts and mugs for Mother’s Day and immediately thought of including a sunflower image.

This sunflower SVG features a large half sunflower with a pretty script font. It’s the perfect size to add to a coffee mug, tumbler, t-shirt and more.

There is also a second option that says sunshine; great for homes decorated with a botanical theme.

Plus, the bold yellow color of this lovely flower is sure to add a touch of cheerfulness to any room.

WHAT IS AN SVG FILE?

An SVG file, means scalable vector graphic file. It’s a standard design used for creating two-dimensional images.

HOW DO YOU OPEN SVG FILES?

Once you download your SVG cut file, you’ll need to unzip it before you can import it to your computer.

To unzip your SVG file, simply double-click the folder and choose “extract all”.

You will then be asked where you want your files to go. Either add it to your desktop, or create a file specifically for your SVG files.

Be sure to label it sunflower so you can find it easily.

Would you prefer to print the sunflower image as a PNG? No problem; I’ve included that for you as well!

Just download the free printable sunflower template and print it out on standard copy paper or cardstock and frame it.
