Wooden Dough Bowl Centerpiece for Spring
Several years ago I was thrilled to find a gorgeous vintage dough bowl at a local antiques market.
The whitewash finish totally spoke to me and I knew it would become a statement piece that I could decorate with for each holiday and season.
This DIY spring centerpiece is absolutely one of my favorites to date. It’s super easy to put together with just a few signature pieces.

Wooden Dough Bowl Styling Tips
Start with an empty dough bowl and gather your florals. I used curly willow and white cherry blossoms.

No hot glue is needed! Simply place the florals in the dough bowl with equal amounts on the left and right side.
Next up, add a large boxwood ball to one side with moss balls on the opposite side.

For the focal point, I went with the viral flocked bunny that I picked up at Michaels. They do sell them at Walmart, Homegoods, Target and just about everywhere you look!
While the bunny does come with a ribbon bow, I wanted something with more impact, so I added a lovely spring hydrangea ribbon.

Look at the difference that one simple change makes:

Apparently, our cat Tiggy was a little jealous of the bunny!

That’s all there is to it! A super simple wooden dough bowl centerpiece for spring that brings that wow factor to your table.

I brought out the spring Easter pillows that I purchased last year. One of my favorite seasonal decorating tips is to change out pillow covers using the same pillow forms.
It saves on storage and keeps costs down. These 18×18 pillow forms are the ones I use.

The flocked bunny comes in several pretty spring colors including bright pink, yellow and a mint green.

Fairy lights were added to this spring centerpiece to add a pretty night time glow. I’ll share a pic at night with the lights on!
