Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte

It’s the last day of the #FallFlavors recipe hop. Today I am sharing my absolute favorite fall iced drink.

Like many of you, I love the iced lattes at the popular coffee shops. But, I’m not a fan of the high calorie count and high price of them.

So, I did some research and experimenting in my kitchen and found the easiest way to get the iconic taste of an iced pumpkin spice latte at home!

This iced latte features common, everyday ingredients and can be prepared in no time. It’s perfect for satisfying your desire for a coffee-flavored taste of autumn in your kitchen!

Now, let’s get to this fall latte.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup pumpkin spice creamer (you can also use milk)
  •  1 Tbsp packed light brown sugar
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup brewed coffee

Let’s Make an Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte

Brew Your Coffee

If you have a brew over iced machine option there really is no need to brew the coffee ahead of time.

But, if you are brewing hot coffee, it’s best to brew it the night before and refrigerate it.

You can also use cold brew coffee if you like.

Mix Ingredients

Add pumpkin, cream, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla extract to a bowl.

Whisk well until combined.

Add Coffee

Pour in coffee. Add pumpkin spice creamer.

Top with a Dash of Pumpkin Pie Spice

I like to top with whipped cream and a dash of extra pumpkin pie spice for a more indulgent drink, but that’s completely optional.

Serve and Enjoy!

Now, serve it in your favorite tall glass and get ready for all the flavors of fall in one tasty drink!

This looks wicked good! The creamer's been sold out my last two pickups, going to have to check another store.
