Elf Movie SVG Cut Files
Can you believe it has been 20 years since Will Ferrell’s Buddy the Elf first graced our movie screens?
Yup! Two decades of the beloved character Buddy, with some of the funniest movie quotes.
In honor of the 20th anniversary, I thought I’d create and share a couple of SVG files so you can fire up your Cricut and make some gifts for others or yourself.
If you haven’t seen the movie yet, it will be streaming on Hulu starting on Nov. 23rd and is available on Max right now.
“You’d be a cotton-headed ninny muggins to miss it”. 🙂
Use these Elf Movie SVG cut files to make so many fun crafts and home decorating ideas with your cutting machines, including a Cricut or Silhouette.
For those of you who do not have a cutting machine, no worries!
I’ve also included the jpg versions so you can frame them, or use them in decoupage crafts.
There were so many funny quotes from the movie, so I chose two of my favorites, “Son of a Nutcracker” and “I Just Like to Smile. Smiling’s My Favorite”.
They are so versatile and can be used for both kid and adult projects.
Here are just a few ideas to get you started.
Create Mugs
I’m always thinking of ideas for small gifts for neighbors, co-workers or to give as hostess gifts. Coffee mugs are perfect.
Fill the mug with coffee pods, an assortment of tea, or hot cocoa for kids.
If you want a little something more substantial, include a gift card to a local coffee shop.

Make Throw Pillows
If you follow me on Facebook or Instagram, you know I have a slight obsession with throw pillows, especially DIY pillows.
These sweet Sherpa pillows are all Pottery Barn dupes.
Throw pillows are the easiest way to add a seasonal touch to a living room sofa, bedroom or entryway bench.
One thing you may find helpful when making your own pillows is this article about whether to use infusible ink or iron on for your projects.
Frame Printables
As I mentioned above, not everyone has access to a cutting machine, so I wanted to include jpg images as well.
You can simply frame these adorable Elf images for an instant festive touch to your home.
Now that we’ve seen several ways to use SVG files and jpgs, let’s get to the downloads.
Download Elf Movie SVG Cut Files
Click the download button under each image and it will open in a new tab. Save it to your computer.
You can also right click on the image and save it if you like.
I hope you enjoy these adorable Elf Movie SVG files. I can’t wait to get crafting with these!
There are lots of t-shirts, mugs, tote bags and gifts to be made. 🙂 My favorite way to heat transfer images is to use the Cricut EasyPress.
If you don’t have one yet, you may want to ask Santa for it!
It really is such a time saver and works great with infusible ink and sublimation crafts.
Download Elf Movie Jpgs
Here are the jpgs to download and frame or craft with.
